Gift number three:

Sharpie blessings on the uncovered wood in the dorms.

After something like 10 years of prayer, waiting, and preparation, Carolina Point will offer God’s beauty and presence to 1000 campers this summer in the mountains of Brevard, North Carolina.

275 loving Young Lifers dedicated this camp to the Lord and His will this morning,  covering the sun-drenched, wind-chapped property with prayers and Sharpied verses.

The gift of vision for the lives of so many kids who will sit on those floors and cry and laugh and eat too many swedish fish rings true in my heart today.  They deserve full life, and so do you, and so do I!  But that doesn’t mean that I want to go off the blob when I visit camp.

  1. You will never forget being a part of this day of dedication at Carolina Point. And who knows. . . maybe your son or daughter will be venturing on the blob at CP one day!
