A gift at breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Thankful for a Saturday morning breakfast of a baked apple with sunflower seed butter and coffee.  It tasted good, but what was the most enjoyable was the 11 hours of sleep that preceded it and the two hours following of How I Met Your Mother watching and couch giggling with some sweet girls.

Thankful for brussels sprouts and chicken for lunch, even if it doesn’t get eaten until the non-traditional lunch hour of 4 pm.  Hey, throwing frisbees and getting muddy on Bowman is way more fun than brussels sprouts.

Thankful for new recipes: spaghetti squash and avocado pesto, anyone? I promise it was good!
